Our
Values
-
We vow to operate with transparency and accountability. The needs of the community will always inform what we do and how we show up, and we will allow room for call in when we are misaligned with that.
-
We meet the needs of our community and ourselves through a harm-reduction and restorative justice lens. We are all deserving of consideration, understanding, and care.
-
All sex workers have the right to show up as themselves and engage in their work however they want, without restrictions, stigma, violence, criminalization, and all other systemic symptoms of white supremacy.
-
We denounce the whorearchy and believe that all people are worthy and deserving of respect, regardless of what they do for a living and how they present doing it.
-
Rest is resistance. In our fight for liberation, we must leave room for recalibration. It is essential to prioritize rest, joy, and healing for ourselves and each other.
